Choose a lefty or a righty: if you mostly carry your child on your left hip, order a lefty - if you carry on your right, order a rightie.
Choose Size 1 (32-40 inches) or Size 2 (40-52 inches). The Hippie is worn around the hips - NOT the waist! So if you're not sure, order a size up because the Hippie is very adjustable.
